Hi All,

We had a smart meter installed a couple of months ago, I have just had a look online at our account and our electricity reading has jumped from 93W (smart reading) from Jan/Feb to 359W (smart reading) for Feb/March which is totally inaccurate as two of us live in a small bedroom house, neither of us are here at the weekends and we haven't altered our usage at all either. The gas has also jumped from 33W to 109W, concerned when we get our bill this month it's going to be extortionate when we are already paying £130 a month and that was at the 93W/33W rate!! Wondering if any one has had a similar problem?

I can try to help you verify the meter accuracy if you'd like. But to get started, I need to see some photos of the meters so that I know what I'm dealing with. If you could post them when you get chance, I'll go from there.
