I'm afraid most energy suppliers won't let you take payment holidays, even if you're in credit. The best alternative would just be to request a one-time refund to get some of the credit back, but I'd currently recommend leaving it in your energy account anyway as it may prove useful over the next few months.
What I can do however, is get @Anasa_EONNext to double check your meters are sending readings properly. If you'd like, she'll also be able to grab a meter reading for today and submit that too with your permission.
