I had a smart meter installed when I was with NPower. I then moved to Symbol Energy who have subsequently gone bust. I was then moved to E.ON. Will my display unit automatically get the new tariff I am now on with E.ON?

It looks like your meter hasn't been linked up to the Data Communications Company so at the moment, we're unable to take any readings or send a tariff update to your in home display 😔
I've submitted a request to see if we can get this 'online' which can take around 6-8 weeks at most. Once this has happened, and if successful, we'll be able to communicate with your Smart Meter as well as send a tariff update so your usage is accurate based on your current unit rates and standing charged.
