@Beki_EONNext I heard that smart meters are being turned into prepay meters by some energy companies. Sometimes without even asking the customer first. Is this true?

@HannahD_EONNext. I am trying to cancel my Smart Meter install, but can never get through and the emails get ignored. I keep getting notes to say my install is due soon... Any idea how I can get this cancelled?
