£200 Flat Rate Energy Bill Loan, on October 2022
Totalling £350 to mitigate this April rises of average £700, however the £200 loan gets paid back in instalments every year for 5 years at £40 per year to ease cashflow only, (if that's any consolation)
* Note that people who don't pay Council Tax, will be helped to the tune collectively of £144 million given as a discretionary fund to councils.
** Note also that the warm home discount is extended to 3 million households
