Two smart meter questions

    Hi

    I have two small issues with my smart meter:

    1. The tariffs on my smart meter are not correct. I've checked my bills and they are using the correct tariff so i'm being charged correctly but please can the tariff on my smart meter be changed to the correct one?

    2. I like to keep track of my meter readings but it I can't find a way to access my night reading during the day, is there a way to do this?

    @SteveD I`m having the same issue regarding the tariff, mine changed yesterday but the smart meter is still showing the previous tariff.

    Now regarding getting access to your night readings, obviously I don`t know if you have the same main electric meter as myself but i just press the number six key 4 times, it should show day and night figures one after the other, the total numbers added together should be the total showing on your smart meter.

    @UKDave51 thanks. By way of an update, I checked my meter during the night and it's still showing the rate it was showing during the day so I think that actually point 2 is a consequence of point 1 and it's simply an issue of my meter being configured to the wrong tariff. I've emailed Eon separately with my account details to see if they can fix it.

    In terms of getting your meter to pick up the correct tariff rates that's easy. @Beki_EONNext if you could do the honours please?

    And getting the night readings during the day? The process varies depending on the meter you've got. However, my friend Blastoise186 has recently started documenting this sort of thing on his private Confluence instance that he shares with me, so if you can show me some photos of your meters, I can dig through Blastoise's archives to find the right info you're after. While it might not be useful to you just yet, it would be useful once your meter is reconfigured properly.
