My smart meter seems to be able to send the electricity meter readings automatically and these are being received by yourselves. However the gas meter readings require a manual reading and aren't being taken automatically. Is there a reason for this and can it be fixed?

I think the most likely cause might just be another bad case of blank read schedules. There seems to have been an awful lot of them recently. :D
As a first fix, I'll ask Hannah to see if she's able to reconfigure the read schedule via SMETS Commands. I would use the Bat Signal to summon BatBeki, but I think I blew a fuse when I tried to turn it on just now, and then the bulb exploded. Any idea where I can get another bat shaped light bulb in the UK? 😁

Not if the easy fix works. If the email address you're using here matches a supply account, Beki and Hannah can locate it and attempt to run the SMETS Commands. For obvious reasons though, I have no access to any of that stuff as a forum volunteer.
If that doesn't fix it though, I'll let you know what I need.
