My latest email with my bill is using estimate readings as it states my smart meter is not connected and sending readings why is this?

I think this can be fixed easily. Normally, I'd go through a bunch of diagnostics with you, in case I can figure the issue out. But at the moment, it seems like a whole bunch of meters are losing their read schedules, which might be the culprit. Time for an SOS Flare to a moderator or two. XDJust another guy passing by... The unknown tech way...

Level 126-01-22Thanks very much! I’ve just seen that my electricity bill is now showing meter readings from my smart meter, but my gas is still being estimated. I had a smart meter installed by E.On, is it likely to be the same problem? Thanks! -

It doesn't seem like my smartmeter has sent an automated reading since 10/10/21, which sounds a lot like Op's issue.
Who would I need to contact to get that resolved? -

Level 131-01-22Hi @Beki, I haven't had any readings taken from my smart meter since joining in august, wonder if it could be the same problem? can you let me know what I need to do to get this resolved please?

31-01-22@lbart84 Heya, unfortunately you have a SMETS1 that has not been enrolled to the DCC (so had the little patch applied to allow it to act as a universal meter). I have very strong hoped that this will happen in the near future so until then could you send us monthly readings? 🙂
