Hello, It looks like since the swap over to Eon Next (Nov 2021) you are no longer receiving my smart meter readings for gas and electricity and I am getting estimated bills. Can someone take a look at this please? Many thanks.

Hiya!

I'm theunknowntech, one of the forum volunteers who helps out here. I don't work for E.On myself so I can't access your account.

It seems there's been quite a few people with a similar issue recently and my gut feeling is that it might just be that the read schedule hasn't been set up again yet. Either that, or the six week transfer window hasn't quite finished yet. There's one quick fix that might work though. Let me fire up the bat signal as Beki's toolkit of SMETS Commands might be able to fix this one.
