For nearly 6 months I've been trying to settle my account. I changed suppliers, 4 months ago, supplied numerous meter readins and photos of meter, still no outcome. I submitted a complaint over the phone, not followed up, ( though I was surprised to actually get through to Eon). Is this just me or is this common with Eon? This is the worst customer care I have ever experienced. Is this the norm?

I've just had a look into your account and I can see that there is an issue with your gas readings. I wondered if you had a meter exchange at all in the past? Could you send me a photo of your meter, that shows the whole meter and any labels that may be on or around it please?
