I am not sure why but the smart meter engineer never turned up and now I am receiving texts asking me to book again otherwise my tariff will be changed.
Is this a common occurance with Eoonnext? Will I just keep getting ghost appointments for ever? What is the point of ararnging again?
I have been given no answer as to why they did not turn up only to be told that the appointment isn't showing up on the system as the appointment has passed.
@rinny It sounds like something isn't quite right here and I would recommend popping me a PM with your account details so I can look into why this is happening. You may also be entitled to our Guaranteed Standards of Service payment which I would like to explore with you.
