Me and my family (1 and 7 year old) are without heating. As you know some of the last few days have been down to -5°.
Our electrician said we need an engineer to come look at the box outside as thats the issue.
Only problem is Eon are saying that me and my familly having no heating in the freezing winter is not an emergency and constantly being put on hold for an hour only to be told ring again tommorow.
How long should this take? And what are my rights?
This doesn't sound right, we wouldn't want anyone to be left without heating especially in this weather!
