Just had my first bill I see the meter readings ..
The gas reading is via smart but the electricity is manual and 61 days old.
I have smart meters on BOTH feeds.
Can I ask why your only taking one reading from the smart meters and not both.

Can I ask why your only taking one reading from the smart meters and not both.
That happened to me when I first got my smart meter fitted a few months ago.
To resolve it, I joined Twitter and sent a Private Message to an Eon Next Customer Adviser, who looked into it for me and managed to get it fixed.
