I'm starting to think that triple phase should be made standard in new house connections.

My heat pump has 45 Amp fuse (I think its max draw would be around 35) a 7kw carger would be 32 Amp just turning the kettle on would be another 13 Amps and if I want my tea when I've got the iron on...

That would be helpful, but it's not always possible. It also requires specific Three-Phase capable meters and in terms of Smart Meters, hardly any SMETS2 Three-Phase Smart Meters exist right now. The only ones I know of are in the Aclara SGM1430 family and even those have only recently been approved by DCC, so there's no guarantee that all suppliers have them available yet. Until then, it's one of the only things that can permit a downgrade from a Smart Meter - but this loophole is being rapidly sealed. :P
