Hi and good morning, my smart meter display (npower Duet ll) has not updated my tariffs since I changed back back at the start Aug, still shows my old tariff, also it does not send my meter readings, so this smart meter is not very smart at all. I've looked on the website for a phone number or the online chat, but nothing. Website is a complete mess, nothing easy to find.
