Hello everyone, and welcome to the E.ON Next Customer Community! It's so exciting to have you on board with us!

A Community is defined as "a group of people living in the same place or having a particular characteristic in common" In this instance, you're all joined together because we are your supplier, or you're interested in us being your supplier - we'd hope!

Our Community is designed with the idea of customers, both existing, past, and prospective, to help each other with their general account, supply, and industry queries - to chat about anything and everything, and maybe even make a friend or two along the way!

Things we’d love to see you post include (but aren’t limited to!)

  • General Queries about E.ON Next - general account & processes, etc.
  • Queries about the industry - Smart Meters, FiT / SEG queries, Distribution & Metering
  • Suggestions for ways we can improve our service & features - Our website, the Community?
  • Your favourite animals, foods, holiday destinations & TV Shows!

We do have some guidelines on @Hat's post here which we'd love you to read through, so you know what's expected. There's staff members here to keep an eye on things, but if you spot anything untoward please do reach out to one of us and we'll be happy to help!

Sadly we aren't able to help with account-specific queries, so I'd advise against posting any questions that may require looking directly into your account at this time. But fear not!
