Power up scheme

Having signed up to this scheme nearly a month ago and moving my off peak usage to the designated 2 hour slots, I seemed to be charged at high peak rates on the app rather than having earned any money. The bot on the help desk just says it takes up to 14 days but I have had nothing.
anyone else had experience with this scheme. -

after posting, I heard from eon and they emailed me the results of the boost up.
I’ll try to keep going with the boost up to help balance grid etc but hardly worth it financially in our case as we have solar as when they occur it is at peak solar and our batteries have fully charged so we really struggle to get a load above the solar being generated. -
