I am unable to connect my Tesla with an Hypervolt charger to the Eon app - everytime I try to register the vehicle I get the Oops error.
i can see that Eon have a virtual key set in the third party section.
Does anybody have a solution to this please?

Welcome to our Eon Next Community and thank you for reaching out here, I can see you've mentioned your having issues connecting your Tesla to Eon Next app, That 'Oops' error typically indicates a hiccup in the communication between Tesla and E.ON. Since a virtual key is already visible, the most effective solution often involves resetting the system to its default state.
Maybe try clearing everything and restarting the link up process again? Let us know how you get on. 😊

Yes, please give this a try and see if you have any luck connecting. Let me know how you get on. 😊 If no success I will reach out to our EV team and see if there is anything they can advise.
Tried again and still no luck - the Eon virtual key is now showing again in the third party apps.
I’ve tried everything I can to connect to the app now with the same result, this must be a setting on Eons side that needs adjusting??
@NeilGY - have you tried the FB group - there's an EOn app developer there with access to the system who has been able to reset something on the back end for people with problems like this 👍
