    I had replacement meter put in a normal meter as faulty pre pay card meter wasn’t ever set up and never communicated with eon so estimated about £330 thought was was high so I gave them index reading and they bumped it up to £447 and had £ 29 credit from old meter bill is from Dec 4th 25 to February 15th 26 it seems awfully high 3 bed property 2 adults both work full time only central heating is gas

    Firstly, welcome to our Eon Next Community, I can see you have some concerns regarding your recent statement and there are a few things to factor into this.
    • As I can see you mentioned the previous meter wasn't communicating, this may have caused a catch up bill when you've sent the reading.
    • I can also see the dates you've stated are the winter period, which factor into increased usage due to having heating on more.
    Something to look into going forward, are you on a fixed tariff and if you have a smart meter installed are your readings being sent remotely to prevent further catch up bills. You can always contact our customer service team to discuss these further. 😊
