    Hi
I filled in a paylink months ago and someone was supposed to be getting in touch and haven't via phone. I have told yourselves numerous times I cannot speak on the phone and you said you have told the paylink team to email me.
I have told you numerous times I cannot speak on the phone due to my high functioning autism and I was told someone from paylink would email me.
I have already done the budget etc.
No-one is contacting me, you are still sending me threatening emails, letters etc and also adding on £25 arrears fees all the time.
This is getting beyond a joke. I already suffer with mental health and this is making it 1000% worse. I am on the priority services register too.
You're now threatening me with debt collectors even though I have asked for help numerous times.
Your customer service and non response from the paylink team has been nothing but despicable.
I'm worrying so much and you're making it worse by telling me to wait for the paylink team to email me. It's been a few months and I'm still waiting and my debt is getting worse.

Hey @nalabug21 sorry to read that you haven't heard back yet. The team are usually pretty quick at getting back to people so I'm going to pop you a DM and get some details from you so I can take a look and see what's happened here and then we can work out the best course of action from there!

Also it might be worth taking a look at our Affordability & Vulnerability section as there's lot's of info in there about the support that we can offer as well as other resources. I think you might be interested in our Lightning Reach thread too as this opens up heaps of support outside of E.ON Next that's available based on your own household's individual circumstances! 👉 E.ON Next partners with Lightning Reach to help you access cost of living support!

i must confess that I had not heard of paylink before so I’ve just had a look on the website. I don’t work for Eon Next at all - just another customer. If you have an email trail and can verify your position I think you should make a formal complaint to get all this properly examined

if Eon Next haven’t dealt with Paylink request properly then you will benefit from making the complaint. I’m not confident from reading the paylink page on the website that there is any assurance that debt or financial support will be given in all cases, so despite what you say about your situation you may not qualify for support. I’m certain many don’t.

As forum members cannot have access to your personal information, we only know what appears in the thread. But hopefully this will all be sorted out soon
