Evening @meldrewreborn
Had mine checked out by their engineer back in June. It turns out that a power cable runs close to a gas pipe. The whole correction process takes 15 minutes.
@meldrewreborn
That's right. Some engineers had used the wrong coloured cable ties. Mine are correct.
I'd better explain. The engineers where asked to reposition the power cable. Some used the wrong coloured cable ties which didn't show up on the rectification confirmation photo. They have had to return and change them.

@meldrewreborn thanks for sharing! Thankfully mine isn't on the list. The last time there was an issue a good few years back now mine had to be replaced but they didn't have my model in stock so I ended up with a shiny new and more expensive version with all the bells and whistles so I was actually chuffed!

@Indyk_EONNext I don't know how you manage without a tumble dryer 🤯 I would be lost, my washing machine is never off. I don't know why as there's only 3 of us in this house 🤔
@Indyk_EONNext I just remember when the kids were little not having a drier and trying to dry clothes in a tiny flat with storage heaters it wasn't fun 😩 I've never tried a heated airer but I know lot's of people swear by them. I do like my whirlygig in the summer though 😂
