I have an update for you!
We are discontinuing selling the older chargers as EON Branded chargers, however those that have been purchased and installed will still be supported as part of the warranty period we have with them.
For the tariff - Next Drive Smart will be the main tariff offered, but we'll be able to show the other EV tariff Next Drive Fixed, and other available non-EV tariffs when customers go through the charger journey.
If customers do not want Next Drive Smart, or if they know that their car is not eligible, then they are free to browse our main website for details of all of our available tariffs 🙂

So will a smart tariff be available for these smart EVSEs then?

The current Drive Smart is tied to the car, not the EVSE, so wouldn't make any use of their smarts.

@Poppy_EONNext . Is Eon discontinuing the other chargers like the Vestel EVC04? If so, how long will the support from Eon last?
My son used to have the Ohme ePod. While it was a good charger he never had any problems with it. The charger relies on a strong G4 mobile signal which is not the case where I live. For that reason I had the Vestel EVC04 installed.
