Have you applied through the government portal? Not everyone gets the AFP automatically and you may be one of about 250,000 'edge cases'.Don't shoot me, I'm only the piano player. I DON'T work for or on behalf of EON.Next, but am willing to try and help if I can. Not on mains gas, mobile network or mains drainage. House heated almost entirely by baby dragons. -

We have made payments to all who were identified to us as eligible so if you haven't had a payment but are eligible then you will have to apply.
