No bill showing for February, but have been charged!
Not even been asked to submit a meter reading
Check your meter readings on your account. Eon Next may have estimated a reading and charged you from that reading? If so, the bill might not have been generated yet. It's happened to me before. As @JoeSoap says, submit a manual reading and it should produce a correct bill in a couple of days.😀
I find when I submit my readings, they do the calculations and deduct the bill from my credit within a few minutes, and the actual bill usually shows up within 24 hours. As my spreadsheets already tell me what my bill is going to be, I'm not too concerned about the delay.

It would have been that your monthly direct debit has been taken but your bill was not released yet 😊. The fellas are right though - once you submit your reading a bill should auto generate. Perhaps we need to change your billing date to match your payment date?

Although I pay by a different method (VDD) v your PORB (Payment on Receipt of Bill) the sequence that I get is, readings are taken (smart) or given (via customer), transactions appear on online account ledger (within 24 hours of readings) with statement following (within another 24 hours of the transactions appearing). 👍
I have been told by Customer Services that they have some issues with issuing some statements. I am still awaiting a complete February statement after 11 days. A gas statement arrived yesterday but not the electricity. The monies have been taken as per my online account.

Have they explained what seems to be the issue ? Is the electricity meters readings recorded ? Usually statements are released once we receive the meter readings.
