IHD not updated to new tariff

Changed tariff on 24/7/22 but Ihd still showing old one. Please can someone give them a nudge and help.

perhaps @PeterT_EONNext can help on this.

Current Eon Next and EDF customer, ex Zog and Symbio. Don't think dual fuel saves money and don't like smart meters. Chronologically Gifted. If I offend let me know by private message, but I’ll continue to express my opinions nonetheless.

I don't think you will need to do anything. meldrewreborn has mentioned PeterT in his post so when he picks up on that he'll probably give your IHD the nudge you want.

Just hang in there with your IHD switched on and you should get it updated soon... but probably not over the weekend.

I don't know how to do this. I'm going to unplug my ihd. I wish I could leave Eon Next I've had enugh hassle with them tbh
