Do Eon think their customers are stupid???

    So.
    Can someone at Eon Next tell my why you think your customers are STUPID?
    Please dont treat your customers like our politicians treat the electorate.

    I have just checked my online account and it says its been 35 days since my last meter readings please send readings.

    Now i am on smart meters and on the 9/5/22 my online account said my meters have just sent in readings. ON THE 9TH MAY 2022.

    BUT NOW my online account is saying my last readings where taken on the 9th April 2022.

    Eon Next PLEASE dont treat me as a stupid person.

    WHATS GOING ON WHY HAVE MY SMART METER READINGS TAKEN ON THE 9TH MAY 2022 SUDDENLY VANISHED I ASK YOU?????????????????????????????
