Hi, I have just been moved from E.ON to E.ON Next so thought I'd register on the forums, using the same email address I used for E.ON and now E.ON Next it wouldn't let me - it said Administrator had banned my email address? There was also a link to contact the Administrator if I thought this was a mistake - which was a bit pointless as it said I couldn't as I wasn't logged in :(
I've (obviously) registered now using a secondary and very seldom used email address, I just thought this was a bit odd......................
Sorry about that. I'll ask @HannahD_EONNext and @Beki_EONNext to whitelist your email. It's possible that the anti-spam picked it up.
