And yet another one appears overnight.
It's as if the forum is a magnet and attracts all sorts of dangerous posts.
But you will have to be quick to read this as admin will remove it forthwith as soon as they wake up.
Its the easy way out it seems.
Stop the critics Trumps stopping the Spam.
As night follows day.

Morning @Silverfox - I hope you're keeping well 😀
I removed the spam post from this morning as soon as I was awake to check it - earlier than you'd think when your alarm clock is a 2 year old! :)
We've put a temporary fix to the problem into place this morning - a post approval process - so we can filter out any spam before it's visible to our community members. Don't worry, any posts from legit posters such as yourself will still be allowed into the community.
Speaking of, I've checked with the team this morning and none of your posts of been removed; they've all been merged into one thread to keep them in one place :)
I hope this helps!
Beth :)

@BethS A post approval process is a fundamental step and its in the right direction.
But it will be circumnavigated possibly but let's hope not. -

@BethS Putting posts into threads hides them insofar as people rarely open up and read all contents.

Morning @Silverfox - Our Community Guidelines do actually say:
"One post is normally enough
If you’re offering feedback, asking for help or just want to chat, you’ll only need one post for each thing you want to talk about. Creating dozens of posts about the same thing just to be seen by lots of people can be a bit distracting for other members."
Merging them into one thread keeps them all in the same place, and gives us a better visual on the customers seeking help :)
I hope this helps!
Beth :)
